"Sugar" Shane Mosley enlightens his desire to fight Manny Pacquiao if he will sanctify to win over Mayweather in their May 1 fight. During Shane Mosley interview on Mayweather vs Mosley 24/7 (HBO) he said he should beat both Mayweather and Pacquio for him to declaim the Division up. Mosley stress points the fact that he will bring Mosley down just like how he manage to win over Margarito on their January 24, 2009 fight.

He also stated that he will going to prove or show Mayweather what "Sugar" Shane will is all about, for he never fears of what Mayweather capable to do. Mosley statement means only one thing and that is “expect a BETTER FIGHT in Mayweather vs. Mosley”.

Shane Mosley determination is truly inspirational, but how about Floyd Mayweather? What was his counter-attack regarding with Mosley declaration?

Mayweather vs Mosley Fight

After the fever of Pacquiao vs Clottey fight here is another tremendous yet sensational match for this year featuring Floyd Mayweather vs. Shane Mosley. The fight is held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas this coming May 1, 2010. This upcoming clash is one of the super fights that many are waiting to watch for. After the deferred match-up against Pacquiao, Mayweather who has 40-0-0, 25 knockouts is now finally facing Shane Mosley. Shane Mosley has a boxing record of 46 Wins (KO 39) Losses 5, No contests 1.

Shane has nothing to lose from this match up. He is enjoying a second or perhaps third wind to his career after most thought he was finished being a top-level fighter. And now his time has come instantly and if he loses to Mayweather, he joins a long list of other big name fighters to have done the same and he does so at a time when he was expected to.

For Floyd Mayweather Jr on the other hand, the whole thing is on the line. A victory and he remains in the discussion as being the best fighter of his generation, and that fight with Manny Pacquiao just may come off. A loss does nothing but confirm the mutters of bewildered fans who say Mayweather has avoided top rivalry against the top pound for pound king and tough challenges throughout the period of his career.
