The Eclipse is an upcoming film directed by McPherson. The story is about a widower name Michael Far who is living in an Irish town near by the sea and struggling to adjust to his new role as the sole caretaker of his two children. Later he believes he is seeing apparitions. When he volunteers at the town's annual literary festival, he meets a writer of supernatural fiction novel Hjejile and begins to develop a relationship with her. He finds competition from an American writer Quinn who is trying to win over the novelist heart. As the three adults' lives converge, the turbulence of the phantom world will soon have nothing on that of the living.
The Eclipse is the third story after Twilight (1st) and Twilight New Moon(2nd) which was recently released and has gained spectacular audience.
