Mona spent several months to a mental institution after diagnosed of antisocial personality disorder. However, in several episodes, it was revealed that Mona was still in contact to the outside world and even sneak around outside. Yes, Mona was still up to something and with her being release in the institution on the upcoming episode, the liars might be in big trouble.
