This coming Sunday, May 15, 2011, the dangerous games between kings and men continue on the newest episode of Game of Thrones. The series itself is based off the novel A Game of Thrones, the first entry in A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R. R. Martin. The story takes place in a fictional world, primarily upon a continent called Westeros but also on a large landmass to the east, known as Essos, where the noble Stark family, lead by Ned Stark (Sean Bean) is thrown into the middle of schemes for the throne and against the king when the hand of the king dies mysteriously. The only proof they had in hand is a letter given by the late right hand of the king.
As the slot is open and to investigate the real happening, Ned accepted the king’s offer and joins him on his voyage together with his daughters Sansa and Arya, while Catelyn stays behind to tend Bran. And who would think that travelling on a snowy mountain can give them a painful start? We have seen them fall, betrayed on another, get confused with someone’s lie and play their own games but no matter how hard they tried on something, they just end-up collecting their own mess.
