There is more than meeting the eyes of the survivors. The last week episode of Falling Skies was bit unsatisfying hence most of us are crossing our fingers, hoping that finally Tom will reclaim his son however his attempt was failed while Ben leaves Hal and his girlfriend Karen at the mercy of the aliens but another 2nd Mass soldier, Mike, serendipitously winds up saving his own captured son instead. With them getting furious to save their kids, a skitter kills the remaining kids in front of Hal, and takes Karen away, then releases him to deliver a message: take one, the rest die. Tom then realizes now that he can't rescue his son without endangering the other captives.
Skitters are not just a scary monster but indeed brilliant aliens that can simply trigger humans weakness. And without any emotions on their face, they can easily kill those kids just to let their parent’s know that they are still in-charge.
This Sunday, July 03, 2011 at 10PM, the tangled life stories of the remaining survivors on the Falling Skies continue and will give us new flick to focus. With a titled of Grace, the next event deals with the doctors in the 2nd Mass – Harris and Anne – need to figure out more about the skitters, including just how they control the children since Rick, freshly un-harnessed, puts the mind-controlling device back on himself and other children start attacking the survivors.
Capturing one skitter made the survivors think that they had advantages on the skitters, but the truth is, they were just trying to relieve their selves not to freak-out and accept the fact that gaining back their world is the hardest thing they can ever imagine.
